Firefox FoxTab Problem - minimal_warrior - 19.01.2014 13:23
Hallo zusammen,
Habe leider ein Problem mit dem FoxTab 1.4.9 seit ich den Adobe Flash Player aktualisiert habe.
Windows 8 64 bit
Habe schon versucht diverse ältere Versionen des Flash Players zu installieren, leider hat dies nicht geklappt oder FoxTab hat mir die Meldung gegeben das die Flash Player Version zu alt ist.
Ich erhalte nur ein graues Fenster.
Das FoxTab Menü sowie bei der FoxTab url habe ich zugang, jedoch sehe ich keine einzige Seite die ich abgespeichert habe oder die ich neu dazu speichere.
Vielleicht benutzt ja auch jemand das Plugin und kann mir seine Adobe Flash Player Version sagen oder hat sonst eine Idee
Bin für jede Hilfe sehr dankbar.

Ich hab im Internet eine Lösung gefunden vllt. klappt sie ja bei dir. Die Anleitung ist auf englisch, ich poste die Anleitung mal hier.

jar:file:\\\C:\Users\<Your profile Name>\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\<Your profile folder>\extensions\{ef4e370e-d9f0-4e00-b93e-a4f274cfdd5a}.xpi!\chrome\content\foxTab_flash10.swf?v1_4_1
You must add exact location of swf file (located in xpi/jar). See example above.
REPLACE <Your profile Name> and <Your profile folder> with REAL ones on your PC.
Attention! If you have non-ASCII letters in you profile folder, you must replace them with URL-encoded version (except spaces).
Use [Link: Registrierung erforderlich] to convert (or any other suitable tool).
Go to: Control Panel -> Flash Player -> Advanced Tab -> (scroll down to see) -> Trusted Location Settings -> Add
to add Your EXACT location"

New Tab Plus
Werd mich mal mit dem vertraut machen und ansonsten mal in google weiter nach meinem Problem forschen
