Hallo,
ich möchte folgendes machen:
Wenn ich in meinen Browser meine IP:9999 eingebe soll er das Verzeichnis /var/www/froxlor öffnen soll.
Ich habe in der Datei /etc/apache2/sites-available/default folgendes eingetragen:

In der Ports.conf steht aktuell noch das

Bin mir net ganz sicher aber solltest du net listen dann auch auf 9999 setzen?

Wen er das macht, läuft Apache auf Port 9999

Ich will weiterhin über den Port 80 auf das Verzeichnis /var/www Zugreifen können

Dann 2 mal Listen. Bei Apache2 mit https Support, lässt man den Server ja auch lauschen auf Port 80 und 443 gleichzeitig.

als in Deinem Fall vermutlich
Listen 80
Listen 9999
Mit Listen gibst Du an, welche Ports der Apache2 alle überwachen soll, auf ankommende Anfragen. Und wie oben schon geschrieben wurde, nach Änderungen an der Config, neustart bzw. config neu einlesen mit reload.
